Biography

Cesar Livio is a professional singer/songwriter from ​Laredo Texas. At only 22 years old, Cesar has been ​around music ever since he was a child. He competed ​in a reality TV show in Miami named “La Banda ​season 2” when he was only 14. Out of 13,000 people ​that auditioned, only 98 were called and Cesar was ​one of them. Since then he has written and produced ​his own music. Now Livio performs music full-time ​as a professional. Cesar plays guitar and sings with ​fantastic rhythm and a unique and powerful voice ​giving him a signature vocal bringing a great ​energetic ambiance into his performances.
